1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit at the time of reservation.
  • Full payment is required before the start of your tour (specific deadlines will be communicated during booking).
  • Payments can be made securely via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or official form).
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the following:
    • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus any bank/transaction fees.
    • Cancellation 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
    • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
  • No refunds are available for unused services, missed tours, or early departures.

3. Changes & Modifications

  • If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes to hotels, flights, or itineraries.
  • Special Egypt Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, while ensuring the quality of your experience.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required permits.
  • Special Egypt Tours is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

5. Health & Safety

  • Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

6. Liability

  • While we take every measure to provide safe and reliable services, Special Egypt Tours is not responsible for:
    • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased from us.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All personal information provided to us is kept private and secure, as outlined in our Privacy & Policy.
  • We do not share guest information with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
